The Extraordinary Cost Fund for Special Education Interim Study Committee will meet tomorrow (Sept. 11 at 10:00am (CT), Room 413) at the State Capitol in Pierre.
Committee chair Representative Mary Duvall of Pierre says the State Legislature made some changes to the fund about five years ago.
Duvall says the need for special education services is growing in South Dakota.
She says the meeting is open to the public and public testimony will be taken.
Tomorrow’s Extraordinary Cost Fund for Special Education Interim Study Committee meeting will recess about 1:30pm to allow committee members to attend the unveiling of the George S. Mickelson bust in the House Lobby in the Capitol.
