Two Pierre men face Trespassing charges after an incident yesterday (Mon.) evening.
The Pierre Police Department reports officers were called to the 100 block of East Broadway for the report of two persons trespassing at a residence. Officers arrived and found Theophile Bruguier, Jr. and Lee Howe at the residence. Both had previously been given trespass notices and were aware they were not to be at the residence. Officers placed the two under arrest charged with Trespassing.
As Bruguier was being taken into custody, he spat on an officer and made threats of bodily harm. Bruguier was then additionally charged with Assault by Causing Contact with Bodily Fluids and Threatening Law Enforcement. Both men were taken to the Hughes County Jail.
