The Pierre Area Chamber of Commerce’s Agri-Interest Committee held its annual Agriculture Appreciation Banquet over the weekend.
The Chamber presented Darrell Metzinger with the 2018 Farmer/Rancher of the Year Award.
Metzinger is a fourth generation farmer and is proud to continue the family legacy.
Metzinger is known for his innovation and use of conservation practices with his cattle production.
