Walworth County Auditor addresses “watch dogs” during ballot counting

The Walworth County Commissioners met Wednesday morning (September 29th) to canvass the votes from the opt-out election.  County Auditor Eva Cagnones informed the commissioners that election workers had been distracted by members of the public while counting ballots Tuesday night.

Results of the election:  Total votes cast – 1216.  Yes votes – 366.  No votes – 850.
