SIOUX FALLS – Mariah Siem hit an inside bucket with 1:11 remaining Tuesday for the eventual winning shot as Sioux Falls Lincoln edged the Pierre Governor girls, 47-46.
Remington Price, who led all scorers with 19 points, hit a three-pointer with 1:26 left to give the Governors (2-3) a 46-45 lead after they had trailed by nine points. Price hit four threes to move into third in program history with 114 made three-pointers. Ayvrie Kaiser, whose playing time was limited due to foul trouble, scored 10 points.
Siem led Lincoln with 17.
