Pierre Airport Update, Pool bid and more

Pierre Mayor Steve Harding talked with Big Daddy Dave this morning on KGFX about a change coming to flight times at the airport this spring. They also talked about the pool bids be opened up to contractors, the new Parks & Rec Director and some construction plans when the weather allows.
