Bees are important for the environment, but it doesn’t mean they respect human transportation. A team of bee removal experts were called to Louisiana’s Armstrong International Airport in New Orleans on Sunday (May 22nd) to remove more than 15,000 swarming bees that had taken up residence on a piece of equipment. Craig Forsythe of Bee Guyz LLC said the bees were on a piece of equipment used for loading and unloading luggage from planes, and that the bees were safely removed and relocated to a “special place.”
