PIERRE – Pierre Governor Track & Field recorded 15 event wins Tuesday at the Bob Judson Invitational at Hollister Field at Phil Trautner Stadium.
Girls winners for the Governors included Kali Ringstmeyer in the 100 and 200 meter dashes, the 4×100 meter relay team (Ringstmeyer, Charlee Williams-Smith, Grace Richter, Maira Tafoya), Ryann Barry in the long jump, Anastyn Baade in the triple jump and Reese Terwilliger in the shot put.
Winners among Pierre boys were Greyson Scheutzle in the 110 meter hurdles, Jared Lutmer in the 1600 and 3200 meters, the 4×100 meter relay team (Landon Bertram, Jett Zabel, Tayshaun Agard, Levi Letellier), Deegan Houska in the 300 meter hurdles, Bertram in the 200 meter dash, the 4×400 meter relay team (Brayden Houlette, Houska, Trevor Rounds, Scheutzle) and Jason Maciejczak in the shot put and discus.
Stanley County had two boys wins, the 1600 sprint medley team and Barret Schweitzer in the javelin. Autumn Fallis of Highmore-Harrold won the girls 1600 and 3200 meters. Skyler Volmer of Lyman was victorious in the girls 100 meter hurdles and high jump. For Sully Buttes, Stevie Wittler captured the girls 300 meter hurdles and Lydia Hill won the girls discus. Potter County victories came from the girls 4×400 & 4×800 relay teams and Carter Luikens in the boys 800 meters. Sunshine Bible Academy had wins by Abby Hinman in the 400 meter dash and the girls 1600 sprint medley team.
