Most pet owners would probably say they’d do ANYTHING for their pet, and that makes sense. Pets become a part of our families, and if there’s anything they need . . . sure . . . let’s do what we can.
But is there a limit? Like, what if they needed YOUR KIDNEY? In a survey of pet owners, 58% of people say they WOULD donate a kidney to their pet if they could. Of course, that’s a hypothetical. There aren’t any human-to-pet kidney transplants.
86% of pet owners say they worry about their pets’ health as much as (or more than) their own. But costs are a concern. Nearly 30% say they would struggle to pay a veterinary bill of $500 or more.
