Flags flying at half staff to honor Sen. Feinstein; Return to full height tomorrow

OCTOBER 5, 2023:

Flags are to return to full-staff at sunset today (Oct. 5, 2023) following Senator Feinstein’s funeral and interment.

OCTOBER 2, 2023:

South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem ordered that flags be flown at half-staff statewide in honor of U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein. Flags should remain lowered until sunset on the day of her interment. This order is the result of a proclamation from President Joseph R. Biden, which can be found here.
