Wind Advisory, Red Flag Warning in effect in central South Dakota today

A wind advisory and a Red Flag Warning are both in effect in central South Dakota today (Sept. 30, 2024).

National Weather Service Meteorologist Brian Cromwell says a cold front is moving toward us, kicking up the blustery winds.

Currently, the Wind Advisory is set to expire at 4pm CT and the Red Flag Warning ends at 8pm CT.
