The MLB Playoffs are underway . . . and despite some rule changes to benefit hitting, only nine full-time players hit .300 this year.
That inspired someone to ask the internet, “What’s a profession where a 30% success rate would mean you’re successful?” And there were actually a lot of good responses.
The best ones include: Sales and marketing . . . debt collection . . . defense attorney . . . start-up investor . . . songwriter . . . scammer . . . real estate agent.
Others were made specific to be OBVIOUS, like: Professional lottery player . . . and a doctor who only takes on terminally ill cancer patients.
And there were some funny responses, like: Stormtrooper . . . quote, “whatever Jim Cramer does for a living” . . . and MLB umpire.
