ORIGINAL STORY MARCH 25, 2021:
The Levi & Crystal Neuharth family has been chosen as the Pierre Area Chamber of Commerce Agri-Interest Committee’s 2021 Farmer/Rancher of the Year.

Prairie Paradise Farms has been No-Till since 1993 and they raise a variety of crops and animals. They also started a “Family Farm Visit Day” held the first Saturday of May each year. Chamber of Commerce interim CEO Jamie Seiner says the chamber is grateful for the many businesses that show their support for the agriculture industry and the importance it plays in the Pierre and Fort Pierre communities. She says this year the Agri-Interest Committee also helped create a “Virtual Ag Field Day,” which can be found on the Pierre Area Chamber website.
