I love coffee so so so much! It’s my favorite drink on this planet. I drink way too much of it and that’s totally okay! You’ve probably have heard the saying that you shouldn’t drink caffeine after noon or one PM. Some scientists have dug a little deeper into this and they are now my favorite people on this planet for their findings.
According to Yahoo News, drinking coffee all day is okay as long as your body can handle it. They found that each individual person has their own caffeine tolerance and metabolism. That means each person reacts to coffee differently. If your body can handle you drinking coffee all day long and not affect your sleep, then go ahead and do that. If your body can only take you drinking it until noon, then you do you boo. This study says it’s hard to make a general consensus of how caffeine or coffee affects the body because everyone is genetically so different.
These findings made me so happy because I drink coffee from sun up to sundown. Hot… Iced or blended… it really doesn’t matter. I don’t drink coffee for the caffeine, I just love the flavor of it, and that the reason I drink it all day! How about you?
