A 27-year-old Pine Ridge man faces several charges after a traffic stop early this morning (Tues.).
According to the Pierre Police Department, about 3:30am officers were called to the 300 Block of South Tyler Avenue for an unknown subject who had forced entry into the occupied residence. Upon arrival, police located Francis ThunderHawk III in the entryway. ThunderHawk had forced his way into the residence through an entry door and the owner of the residence was not acquainted with him. In addition, prior to entering the residence ThunderHawk had entered the detached garage and caused damage to a shelving unit inside.
ThunderHawk was arrested for First Degree Burglary and Intentional Damage to Property $400-$1,000. Damage to the residence is estimated at $1,000. He was taken to the Hughes County Jail.
