A federal jury has ruled in favor of a Pine Ridge man charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury, Assault with Intent to Commit Murder and Discharge of a Firearm During the Commission of a Crime of Violence.
The investigation into the actions of 55 year old Charles Schrader was conducted by the Oglala Sioux Tribe Department of Public Safety and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The U.S. Attorney’s Office prosecuted the case.
