Official Dakota Radio Group-Pierre Summer Survival Giveaway Contest Rules:

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: The contest is open to legal, South Dakota residents whom are 18 years of age or older.  Employees of Dakota Radio Group and their immediate family and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Other principle officers of companies and affiliates with the promotion and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such principle officer are not eligible. All federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
2. HOW TO ENTER: Enter via the official Contest Entry Form located at participating sponsors and provide a valid mailing address, email address and phone number to be notified if chosen as a semi-finalist winner. Only one entry per person per business daily. No person may enter contest for anyone other than themselves. Entering the contest more than once on the same day at the same business or with multiple addresses is not allowed.
3. PRIZES: Each participating sponsor location will be presenting a prize valued at a minimum of $100. One grand prize of $1,000 will be awarded and chosen from those sponsor location semi-finalists. Prizes are transferrable. No semi-final prize is redeemable for cash.
4. DETERMINATION OF WINNER: Winners of participating sponsor semi-finalist prizes will be selected in a completely random drawing among all eligible entries at each participating sponsor location on Friday, August 7th. Winners will be notified to claim their prize from that location. The odds of winning depend directly on the number of eligible entrants in the sponsors registration box. The same name can be drawn from multiple registration boxes. (That registrant would win multiple semi finalist prizes and have the same number of chances during the grand prize drawing.) All semi-finalists will then be notified by mail, email or phone of their eligibility towards the grand prize and must be present for the grand prize drawing or have a representative present to accept the prize. The odds of winning the grand prize will depend directly on the number of eligible finalists in attendance at the final drawing. The winner of the grand prize will be determined by reverse draw. The grand prize drawing will be held on Thursday, August 20th. All semi-finalists will be notified of when and where this drawing will take place.
5. OBLIGATION:  All taxes or registration fees are the responsibility of the winner. All expenses and costs related to acceptance and use of prize not expressly listed above are entirely the winner’s responsibility.
6. PUBLICITY: Winners agree that by accepting a prize, they allow Dakota Radio Group and its stations, full rights to publicize their full name, city and state as means of promoting and publicizing the contest and its sponsors.
7. DISCLAIMER: Each entrant agrees to release and hold the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and advisors and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and advisors harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in connection with the contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including but not limited to personal injury, death, and property damage as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. All sponsor(s) are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, omission, or any combination thereof. The semi-finalist winners will be notified to claim prize by August 13, 2020. If the potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize by that date that potential winner will be deemed ineligible. An alternate will be selected in his/her place and Administrator will attempt to contact an alternate name.
8. MODIFICATION: Dakota Radio Group reserves the right to modify the official rules of the contest in any way or at any time. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit www.drgnews.com to review the then current “Official Contest Rules” to which you are bound.
