A 19-year-old Pierre man faces multiple charges after an incident last night (Tues.) in Pierre.
Pierre Police officers were called to the 400 block of West Capitol Avenue to remove an intoxicated person from a residence. When police arrived, Courtney Ironshell gave a fictitious name. He was arrested for False Impersonation with the Intent to Deceive and Underage Consumption of Alcohol. Further into the investigation, officers determined Ironshell was a suspect in an earlier theft from the 800 block of East Wells Avenue. Ironshell was then additionally charged with Petty Theft. He was taken to the Hughes County Jail.
