A 24-year-old White River, South Dakota, man has been indicted by a federal grand jury for Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Child.
Roy Brushbreaker, III pled not guilty to the Indictment.
The Indictment alleges that on January 28, 2017, Brushbreaker knowingly engaged in, and attempted to engage in, a sexual act with a minor female. The maximum penalty upon conviction is up to life in federal prison and/or a $250-thousand fine and five years to life of supervised release.
Brushbreaker was released on bond pending trial. A trial date has not been set.
