RAPID CITY, S.D. – The Pierre U10 Arsenal took home the World Cup division title this weekend at the Rushmore Cup in Rapid City. The team went 2-0-1 to secure their spot in the final. Arsenal played BH Rapids White to a 3-3 draw in their first match. Game Two saw Arsenal come back from a two goal deficit late in the second half to edge BH Rapids Burgundy 5-4. Arsenal had to complete another comeback in game three, fighting back from a one goal deficit in the second half with the game winner coming with less than 2 minutes to play to get the 3-2 result against Bismarck Magic U10. They met up with Queen City Warriors in the final. Arsenal scored first mid-way through the first half and then held on the rest of the game to secure the title with a 1-0 win.
