Renner, Alexandria back on Top in State Amateur Baseball Poll

WATERTOWN, S.D. – Defending state champions Renner and Alexandria are back alone on top in this week’s South Dakota Amateur Baseball poll. Renner leads Class A and Alexandria Class B. The two squads shared the No. 1 positions last week with the Sioux Falls Silver Brewers and Winner-Colome Pheasants.

• Class A — 1. Renner Monarchs; 2. Sioux Falls Brewers; 3. Aberdeen Circus Sports Bar; 4. Brookings Cubs; 5. Castlewood Ravens. Also receiving votes — Yankton Tappers.
• Class B — 1. Alexandria Angels; 2. Winner-Colome Pheasants; 3. Larchwood (Iowa) Diamonds; 4. Harrisburg Woodies; 5. Tabor Bluebirds; 6. Garretson Blue Jays; 7. Canova Gang; 8. Menno Mad Frogs; 9. Dell Rapids Mudcats; 10. Madson Broncos. Also receiving votes — Parkston Mudcats.
