CUSTER, S.D. (AP) – South Dakota’s Custer State Park says one of its burros is being treated after getting bitten by a rattlesnake.
The park wrote on its Facebook page that park staff discovered Friday morning it had been bitten. The burro is receiving anti-venom and will be monitored by a veterinarian and park staff.
