A 27-year-old Pierre man is charged with a Class 4 felony in connection with broken windows in a vehicle last (Sun.) night.
The Pierre Police Department reports officers were called to the 100 block of East Broadway about 9:45pm. When officers arrived, they were told Earle Howe Jr. had vandalized a vehicle by breaking out windows and damaging a door. Howe had left the scene, but was located a short distance away and arrested for Intentional Damage to Property, greater than $1,000 but less than $100,000. Damage to the vehicle is estimated at $2,500. Howe was taken to the Hughes County Jail.
