Fort Pierre will host its annual 4th of July parade starting at 10am tomorrow (Wed.) morning.
Fort Pierre mayor Gloria Hanson says there are prizes for the best entries in various categories.
She says this year’s parade marshals are Hannum family.
Hanson says there is plenty of room for everyone to find a place to watch the parade.
The 92nd annual Fort Pierre 4th of July Rodeo has performances tonight (Tues.) and tomorrow night at 7. Admission costs $10 per performance with kids age eight years and under admitted for free.
Following tomorrow night’s rodeo, Hanson says, will be the annual Fort Pierre fireworks display.
