A 36-year-old Pierre woman is charged with aggravated assault, domestic, after cutting a man with a dagger early yesterday (Sun.) morning.
The Pierre Police Department reports officers were flagged down in the 400 block of West Capitol Avenue about 1am for a male subject bleeding from a wound to his arm. Upon investigation, officers learned a fight had occurred between Alicia Gauthier and a 26-year-old male from Harrold, during which Gauthier slashed the man’s arm with a dagger.
Gauthier was taken to the Hughes County Jail.
