Post 8 Wins in Bismarck

BISMARCK, N.D. – The Pierre Post 8 American Legion baseball team overcame 6 errors and beat the Bismarck Governors 8-4 in American Legion Baseball action Thursday night in Bismarck. Pierre scored 2 runs in the 5th inning to put them on top for good as they outhit Bismarck 9-7 in the game. Maguire Raske and Peyton Zabel each had a pair of hits for Pierre Garrett Stout pitched 3 innings and struck out 2. Raske had 2 innings of work and struck out 2 for Pierre which improved their record to 23-20 on the season.
