PIERRE, S.D. – The South Dakota High School Activities Association Board of Directors is now full after Dakota Valley Superintendant Jerry Rasmussen was voted onto the board by a vote of member schools of the Association. Rasmussen will be the Division III representative. Paul Turman of Pierre was named to the board as the Large School Board Representative. Others named to the Board yesterday the High School Activities Associationa re Brookings Athletic Director Randy Soma (Divison II Rep), Craig Cassen of Faulkton (Division IV representative) and Silas Blaine of Crazy Horse as the Native American Representative on the board.
