LEXINGTON, Ky. – For the first time in program history, the Northern State University volleyball team has earned the top spot in the AVCA Top-25 Division II Coaches Poll. The Wolves garnered 1168 total points and 41 first place votes, as one of just four undefeated teams listed. NSU had previously been ranked No. 2 in the nation a week ago, and had reached that same standing during weeks seven and eight of the 2015 season. Northern State is followed by Concordia-St. Paul in the number 2 spot. Palm Beach Atlantic, Lewis and Cal State-San Bernardino round out the top 5.
