Gov. Daugaard Orders State Capitol Flags At Half-Staff For Dorothy Kellogg

Gov. Dennis Daugaard is ordering flags to fly half-staff at the State Capitol on Friday, Sept. 21, to honor the life of former state legislator Dorothy Kellogg.
Kellogg, of Watertown, represented her district in the South Dakota House of Representatives from 1981 to 1984 and the South Dakota Senate from 1987 to 1992.
Kellogg was 98 years old and passed away on Saturday, Sept. 15. Visitation will be held on Thursday and the funeral is scheduled for Friday in Watertown.
