The driver received minor injuries, but the passengers were unhurt when a Jeep Grand Cherokee started on fire yesterday evening (Tues.) near Pierre.
Fire chief Ian Paul says the fire happened on the west side of town in the area of the landfill.
He says the fire was put out quickly.
