A 42-year-old Pierre man faces his fourth Driving Under the Influence charge within the last ten years after a traffic stop yesterday (Mon.) morning.
According to the Pierre Police Department, an officer stopped George Patterson for traveling south in the northbound lanes on Euclid Avenue and the vehicle’s windows were covered in frost.
A DUI investigation was conducted which resulted in Patterson being arrested for DUI Fourth Offense or More, Failure to Drive on Right Half of Roadway, Obstructed Windshield or Windows and Driving without a License.
Patterson was transported to the Hughes County Jail.
