A 20-year-old Bozeman, MT, man faces drug charges after being arrested early this morning (Thurs.) in Pierre.
According to the Pierre Police Department, shortly after 3am an officer stopped a vehicle driven by Derek Burke for a driving infraction. While conversing with Burke, the officer observed the odor of marijuana coming from Burke. A search was conducted and the officer found a substance believed to be marijuana and a glass pipe. Burke was arrested for Ingesting a Substance to Become Intoxicated, Possession of Marijuana 2oz or Less and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
