ONIDA, S.D. — Nick Wittler dropped in 21 points to help fourth rated Sully Buttes to a 66-48 home win over Stanley County Tuesday. Jett Lamb added 17 for the Chargers who led 36-18 at the half. Joey Fischer helped pull the Buffaloes within eight in the third quarter, but the Chargers countered with a strong fourth quarter. Fischer finished with 27 points, including six 3-pointers to lead all scorers, but it wasn’t enough. Stanley County dropped to 5-6 and will host Crow Creek on Thursday. Sully Buttes won their eighth straight to move to 9-1, with a match-up against Hitchcock-Tulare Thursday up next.
