A 29-year-old man from Faith, SD, faces charges after being arrested yesterday (Thurs.) morning in Pierre.
According to the Pierre Police Department, Andrew Bunch was arrested in the 1700 block of N. Garfield Avenue on an outstanding warrant. A small baggie containing a powdery residue was found on his person. A field test was positive for a controlled substance.
Bunch was additionally charged with Ingesting a Substance to Become Intoxicated, Ingestion of Controlled Drug or Substance as a Felony and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
