Jasmine has been a consistent beam score for the Lady Govs Gymnastics team. In practice, she can always be found working hard to improve her routines, vaults and skills according to her head coach Rebecca Uhrig who nominated Rounds for the award. At a recent meet, she competed her first tumbling pass to include a tuck salto. The tuck salto has been a skill that Jasmine has been working on all year. She is always the first to volunteer to help move equipment and is a great role model for younger gymnasts in the gym.

Van Camp had a very good weekend for the Governors. In the Brandon Valley dual jack took on two time State Champion Isaac Klinkhammer, the match was very closely contested and was decided in the last few seconds on a great scramble with Klinkhammer coming out on top 8-7. Jack then regrouped pinning Robert Hahn in the Yankton dual. On Saturday, Van Camp pinned Dylan Pence of Tea, Jackson Wilson of Douglas, and then major decisioned Darien Malone of RC Stevens. In the finals Jack took on another multiple time State Champion in Lucus Anglin of Vermillion. Jack scored a takedown in the first period, marking only the fifth time Anglin has been taken down this year. Although falling in the match Jack continues to improve. His head coach Shawn Lewis says that Jack has really developed this year both individually and as a leader on the team and has been a large reason for the success of the wrestling team this year.
