SIOUX FALLS, S.D.-For the second time this season and 11th time in her career, South Dakota State women’s basketball student-athlete Macy Miller was named The Summit League Player of the Week Monday. The senior guard averaged a team-leading 20.0 points, 6.5 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game while shooting 55.0 percent from the field and 66.7 percent from 3-point range and was 16 of 19 from the free-throw line in two wins. Miller also had an impressive 4.5 assist-to-turnover ratio. Miller enters her final regular-season game Saturday with 2,199 career points, 79 points short of passing The Summit League’s all-time scoring leader, Oral Roberts’ Kevi Luper (2009-12; 2,277 points).
