SoDak 16 Matchups in Class A and B Scheduled for Tuesday

PIERRE, S.D. – The SoDak 16 Class A and B boys basketball playoffs will be held Tuesday night as the entrants into the Class A and B State tournament will be determined. In Class A the top seed is Tea Area and will face 16 seed Redfield-Doland in Watertown. 2nd seed Sioux Falls Christian will face 15 seed Mobridge Pollock in Huron. 3rd seed St. Thomas More faces number 14 Flandreau in Pierre while 4th seed Pine Ridge takes on number 13 Bon Homme in Chamberlain. 5th seed Parker will take on number 12 Dell Rapids in Sioux Falls while number 6 Tiospa Zina faces number 11 Madison in Watertown. 7th seed Hot Springs plays number 10 Winner in Rapid City and 8th seed Cheyenne Eagle Butte faces number 9 Lennox in Huron. The State Class A boys basketball tournament is next week in Sioux Falls.

The Class B SoDak 16 has top seed White River facing 16 seed Sanborn Central Woonsocket at Pierre while number 2 seed Timber Lake faces number 15 Wolsey Wessington in Ft. Pierre. 3rd seed Clark Willow Lake takes on 14 seed Dell Rapids St. Mary’s in Volga and 4th seed Jones County battles 13 seed Corsica Stickney in Chamberlain. Number 5 seed DeSmet takes on 12 seed Potter County in Miller and number 6 seed and defending state champion Sully Buttes faces 11 seed Lemmon in Mobridge. 7th seed Bridgewater-Emery will take on number 10 Colome in Mitchell and number 8 Viborg Hurley faces number 9 Northwestern in Mitchell. The State Class B boys basketball tournament will be played next week in Aberdeen.
