Stanley County Boys Have Good Day at Harry Weller Meet

KADOKA, S.D. – Stanley County track and field athletes competed at the Harry Weller Invitational Track meet hosted by Kadoka on Tuesday. The Buffalo’s Brady Hoftizer won the Shot Purt with a throw of 50-09 while Isaac Cliff won the Pole Vault clearing 8 ft. They were the only individual champions on the day. The relay team of Evan Nordstrom, Dylan Gabriel, Trevor Hobbeck and Reid Weizorek had a second place finish in the 4×400 meter relay. Dylan Gabriel was third in the 100 meter dash and Nordstrom was 5th. Trevor Habeck had a 5th place finish in the 400 meters. Wiezorek was 5th in the 800 meters. Nordstrom finished third in the 300 meter hurdles. Hoftizer was 3rd and Nathan Cook 4th in the Discus. And Gabriel finished 6th in the Long Jump.
