The South Dakota Department of Transportation began replacing culverts on Highway 20 from Hoven to Highway 83 yesterday (May 12).
Culvert work is expected to continue through mid-July. Once done, the DOT will begin work on the highway surface. The roadway will be one lane at times and will be controlled by stop signs or flaggers.
Completion date for this project is set for November 15.
