CHAMBERLAIN, S.D. — Caden Lenz singled home Max Donovan in the bottom of the 7th inning, sending Chamberlain past Fort Pierre, 5-4, in American Legion baseball action Monday night in Chamberlain. Lenz finished the game with two RBIs, while Cole Hickey went 2-for-3 and recorded Chamberlain’s other RBI. Riggs Priebe picked up a trio of hits in the leadoff spot, including a double as Chamberlain finished with 10 in the win. Drayton Priebe earned the win as he struck out one in a scoreless inning. Noah Bauer struck out nine as he allowed four runs (one earned) in a six-inning start. No indvidual statistics were available for Ft. Pierre. Chamberlain improved to 4 and 8 on the season.
