Pierre Youth Softball Teams Compete at State Fastpitch Tournament

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Several Pierre youth softball teams competed over the weekend at the State Girls Fastpitch Softball tournament in Sioux Falls. Templeton/Hall Blue Bombers went 0-2 in a couple close losses in the 12U division. Flottmeyer/Hansen Green Extreme went 1-2 in some very competitive games in 14 and Hall/Smart Greyhounds went 5-2 but missed out on a top five finish in 14U. Bracelin/McTighe Pierre Pride made a run to finish runner up in the 18U division losing in the championship game losing to Parkston 8-0 in the C Division Title game.
