Tomorrow (Thurs.) from 6am to 3pm West Dakota Avenue in Pierre will be closed from Highway 34 to South Poplar Avenue for asphalt paving operations.
All vehicles must be removed from the streets before 7am. Once the barricades are removed, vehicles will be allowed to park on the streets.
