HAYES, S.D. – A strong pitching performance from Jeremy Hand helped Four Corners do defeat Colome 7-4 in a Pony Hills League amateur baseball victory Sunday at Hayes. Hand fired 10 strikeouts in the complete-game effort while allowing seven hits and four runs. Adam Kaus, Spencer Saringar, Justin Lester and Kris Dozark each had a pair of hits, and Saringar and Justin Allen each scored two runs. Ben Connot had three hits and knocked in a run to lead the Chaos, while Jacob Beckers had a hit and two RBIs. Dave Indahl threw seven innings in the loss, allowing 11 hits, seven runs (five earned) and striking out three.
