PIERRE, S.D. – As the summer Pierre JO Softball Fast Pitch league finishes up another season, high school softball officials in Pierre are beginning to turn their attention to fall high school softball. Any girl that will be in the 6th grade through 12th grade this fall and would like to continue playing softball, will have an informational meeting Thursday at 6:00pm at Faith Lutheran Church. Girls in 6th-8th grade are eligible to participate in the Middle School League and 9th-12th grade girls are eligible to participate in the JV and Varsity Leagues. All who are interested are encouraged to attend the meeting.
