Governor Volleyball Fast Start Slow Ending in Huron

HURON, S.D. – The Pierre Governor volleyball team got off to a fast start Tuesday night in Huron winning the first game. But Huron dominated after that taking the next three and defeating the Governors 3-1. The Governors won the first game 25-22 but Huron made adjustments and cruised to 25-21 win in the second game. It worse for the Governors int eh thrid game as Huron won 25-13 and then theTigers put the match away int he fourth game with another 25-13 win. The loss leaves Pierre with a 7-9 record on the season. The Governors are off until next Thursday when they host Sioux Falls Washington at Riggs High Gym.
