WATERTOWN, S.D. – The top rated Watertown Arrows made quick work of the Pierre Governor in high school volleyball action Tuesday night in Pierre. Watertown swept the Governors 25-19, 25-13, 25-15 at Riggs High Gym handing Pierre their their 9th loss of the season against 6 wins. Sophie Titze had 11 kills to lead the Watertown offensive attack while Delaney Heller and Siri Kranz each had 13 digs and Alex Bayles had 26 assists. The Governors got 6 kills from Jodi Severyn and 4 from Josi Stevens. Miah Kienholz had 7 blocks at the net followed by Emry Heiss with 5. Kenzy Kuxhaus had 12 digs and Kienholz had 60 assists on the night. The Governors are back in action Thursday night when they host Sioux Falls Washington at Riggs High Gym.
