CHAMBERLAIN, S.D. – Chamberlain wrapped up the regular season on a win as they downed Jones County in straight sets on Monday in Chamberlain. The Cubs won 25-16, 25-19, 25-15 to finish the season one game over the .500 mark at 16-15. Emma Powers led the way for the Cubs as she served five aces to go along with 14 digs. Hannah Anderson added 10 kills and three blocks while Makenzy Mutziger added 22 assists in the win. Jadyn Jensen finished with five kills and two aces to lead Jones County while Liz Fullen added 14 assists and two aces and Lilli Moore added seven digs. The Coyotes are now 6-19 on the year and wrap up the season tonight with a match against Dupree in Murdo. Chamberlain now prepares for Region 6A post season tournament action that begins next week.
