HURON, S.D. – The South Dakota State Fair and Dakota Promotions has announced that a trio of stock car races will be held at the Dakota State Fair Speedway on the South Dakota State Fairgrounds in 2020. The first two races will be held during Wheel Jam. The Dakota Challenge, presented by American Bank and Trust, will be held on Thursday, June 4. Challenge Cup 19 presented by Prostrollo GM offers $10,000 to win on Saturday, June 6. Both races are part of the Wissota Late Model Challenge Series. The World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series, presented by Dakotaland Federal Credit Union, is returning to Dakota State Fair Speedway Saturday, August 22. The event will mark the Outlaws third visit to the three-eighths-mile located at the South Dakota State Fairgrounds.
