PIERRE, S.D. – The defending ESD Champion Pierre Governor wrestling team opened the dual portion of it’s schedule on Thursday night with a 45-16 win over Harrisburg at Riggs High Gym. After Blake Judson opened the match with a pin at 103 and Trey Frost lost a decision at 113, the Governors strung together 6 consecutive victories from 119 to 152 and never looked back as they improved to 1-0 in duals on the season. The Governors had a total of 5 pins on the night plus another Technical Falls in the victory.
