PIERRE, S.D. – The Winter Storm that is barreling down on central South Dakota and the Pierre area has forced postponements of sporting events including the entire Oahe Capital hockey lineup of games at the EXPO Center and on the road. The Oahe Capitals boys and JV games in Rapid City against the Thunder scheduled for tonight has been postponed and will be rescheduled at a later date. The Oahe Capitals Girls varsity hockey game this afternoon (Saturday) at the EXPO Center against the Brookings Rangers has also been postponed and rescheduled at a later date. In addition all Bantam, Squirt and U14 girls games scheduled for today has also been postponed due to the weather.
